ALL Kaw Nation events open to the public, have been CANCELLED until further notice.


ATTENTION: CANCELLATION NOTICE TO KAW NATION CITIZENS
The Kaw Nation General Council meeting for April 5th, 2020, is canceled.

Due to the unprecedented times of the COVID-19, the Tribal Council voted unanimously to follow the recommendations of the CDC and has determined that it is in the best interest for the health, safety, and general welfare of our Kaw Nation Citizens to cancel the April 5th General Council meeting. Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19, and the recommendations of the CDC, the Tribal Council has determined that it is in the best interest for the health, safety, and the general welfare of our Kaw Nation Citizens to cancel the Town Hall meeting that is set for March 28, 2020, at 10:00 a.m.

The Tribal Council hopes to reschedule this for a time in the near future. See Notice Here

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Kaw Nation Offices and programs are closed except for the below programs and services:

Our Title VI will continue to provide meals to our Elder’s

Kanza Clinic will remain open

Kaw Nation Police Department will continue business as usual
