QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner’s program that meets the Oklahoma State requirements for licensure. (Master’s degree equivalent in Family or Women’s Health). Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidate must have intermediate math skills and problem solving abilities. The candidate must possess an Oklahoma State Nursing license, National Nurse Practitioner Certification, currently certified in CPR and possess a valid driver’s license.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibilities include providing medical care and treatments according to credentials and privileges either in a clinical setting or through public health services, maintaining records, participating on committees, and upholding ethical standards.
This position is funded through a federally funded grant. In the event of a Federal Government shutdown, or for any reason we are unable to draw down the Federal Grant monies, this position will be furloughed until such time as the Federal Grant monies are again available. In the event this grant ends, there is no guarantee of continued employment.

TITLE: ICW/PSSF Caseworker

The Kaw Nation ICW Program is seeking a Full-Time Indian Child Welfare and Promoting Safe and Stable Families assistant. The position will require a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Indian Child Welfare Act and Family Services Act, case planning and case management experience, a working knowledge of court intervention cases in both Tribal and State Court, and familiar with community tribal resources for families.
Qualifications:
Preferred, but not require; Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a closely related field. Applicant must have three (3) years field experience in Social Services work in the public or private sector. Must have a basic knowledge of Windows 7 or greater, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work in diverse situations and atmospheres related to family function. Also, must be able to work as a team player and maintain professionalism at all times.
Applicant must be able to pass a background check (no felony convictions or misdemeanor convictions for offenses relating to children). Job Purpose:
The Operations Manager will oversee and ensure day to day efficient operation of the store. The Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining inventory control, product pricing, staff performance and financial management in full accordance with internal and external policies and procedures. In addition the incumbent in this position is responsible to promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
Experience:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Minimum of one year experience in a related position in the convenience or Smoke Shop areas. Knowledge of window based computer applications and 10-key ability preferred. Superior verbal/written skills and interaction skills will be needed to fully perform job function. Attention to detail required for reading and interpreting documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
• Oversee efficient day to day operations of smoke shop department.
• Maintain consistent product inventory levels. Oversee product count and preparations of weekly orders.
• Actively seek new products according to market trends.
• Maintain competitive product pricing through selective comparison shopping.
• Manage financials by monitoring cost of sales and labor to sales utilization.
• Knowledge of state and federal tobacco regulations.
• Responsible for training, scheduling, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions for smoke shop staff.
• Maintain accurate and legible paperwork and reports.
• Superior knowledge of tobacco, tobacco accessories, and regulations.
• Maintains the highest quality standards in all areas of guest service and hospitality; comply with company and department guest service standards for internal and external guests.
• Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
• Knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (Federal, Kaw Nation, etc.) and cash handling regulations.

• Monitor daily retail gasoline competitors and sending the prices to the corporate office in a timely manner as established by management.
• Complete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner as established by management.
• Monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage, and drive offs daily.
• Conduct store meetings as needed with employees. ( A minimum of one monthly)
• Have the physical ability to perform all duties of a store cashier regularly.
• Understand all information in the daily reporting of store operations.
• Follow and enforce all Kaw Nation Policies and Established Procedures in the store operations
• Implement monthly promotions, insure all POS advertising/signage is properly posted at the proper time.
• Communicate and perform all price change request, mark downs / ups as requested by the Operations Manager.
• Communicate any problems with merchandise pricing to the Price Book Administrator.
• Implement and enforce all merchandising and vendor policies and procedures.
• Enforce all safety and security issues and report any and all unsafe conditions.

Candidate will possess a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited medical school and be licensed as a physician in the State of Oklahoma by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure. Candidate will possess certification/license by the United States Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control to prescribe and administer Schedule 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4, and 5 narcotics.
At least two (2) years’ experience in general/family practice is preferred. Experience providing healthcare to Native Americans preferred. Applicant may not have any unresolved malpractice suits pending against him/her and shall not have any unresolved complaints on file in any state where he/she has a license to practice medicine. Experience with computerized medical records systems preferred. Computer literacy required.
