The Social Services Department is now accepting applications for the School Clothing Program! You are welcome to stop in and fill out/drop off an application to receive your gift cards. You can pick up cards in Kaw City any time between 8AM-4PM Monday through Friday. Applications will not be accepted after 8/12/2022.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
• Student MUST be a member of the Kaw Nation
• Student and family must live within a 150-mile radius of the Kaw Nation in Kaw City, OK
• Student must be in grades Pre-K – 12th for the upcoming school year
• You must bring a current utility bill, not older than 30 days, verifying your physical address
• Application must be made by custodial parent or legal guardian
• Guardians must bring letter of guardianship issued by a District Court
• Must pick up gift card at the Kaw Nation Administrative Offices at 698 Grandview Dr. Kaw City, OK. Phone Number is (580) 269-1186. Gift cards will not be mailed.
