When enrolling your child for daycare you will need to bring copies of: 

Birth Certificate

CDIB (if applicable)

Current Immunization

 *Note: If child is not up to date, child will not be able to attend.

Application must be complete with all required paperwork before it will be processed!

About the Kaw Nation School Age Enrichment Center


  • Open 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for holidays and in-service days.
  • Open 6:30 to 7:20 a.m. for before-school care.
  • Open 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. for after-school care.

Kaw Nation School Age Enrichment Center is open Monday through Friday. The center will be closed some holidays and days set forth by Kaw Nation. Proper notification will be given to allow for alternative to care.


  • $7.00 per day for a half-day
  • $15.00 per day for a full day (more than 5 hours)
  • A 10% discount for families with multiple children will be given.

KNSAESC Praised for Its Snack Menu

The Nemours Foundation has featured the Kaw Nation School Age Enrichment Center’s healthy snack menu on its “Let’s Move! Child Care” website. The article details the nutritious foods provided at KNSAEC’s snack time. Also mentioned is how the Cooking Project introduces children to foods with which they are unfamiliar and cooking combinations they never imagined.
