Francine has been with Kaw Nation EPA since 2013. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Computational Mathematics, Kansas Wesleyan University in 2003 and a Master’s Degree in Information Technology specializing in enterprise software architecture, Capella University in 2013. Currently, she is pursuing her Environmental Science Degree in Natural Resource Management, Southern New Hampshire University. She oversee, manages, and works on eight grants She also:

  • holds a Oklahoma license for Lead-Based Paint Inspector/Risk Assessor
  • holds a Oklahoma license for Asbestos Inspector
  • holds certification as a Hazwoper Technician (29 CFR 1910.120)
  • has passed the Class A & B Operators Comprehensive Exam for EPA UST

Cody has been with Kaw Nation EPA since 2014. He has an Associate of Applied Science in process technology, Northern Oklahoma College in 2016. He works on water quality section 106 and 319 programs; hazardous and solid waste management; lead-based paint management, invasive species; tribal outreach programs; and other services offered to tribal members. He also:

  • holds a Oklahoma license for Lead-Based Paint Inspector/Risk Assessor
  • holds a Oklahoma license for Asbestos Inspector

Whitney joined Kaw Nation EPA in December 2018. She works on developing and upgrading of the EPA databases; hazardous and solid waste management; tribal outreach programs; air quality monitoring; climate change and health; invasive species, and the administrative assistant duties.

    Tribal Members: If you wish to request Tribal services (mold, water, radon, soil testing, etc.), please feel free to complete the Tribal Service Request Form. We'll be happy to discuss these requests with you to further educate ourselves with your problem in order to find the best solution.
    Kaw Enterprises: If you wish to schedule an Environmental, Underground Storage Tank or Food Inspection please complete the Tribal Service Request form below and indicate which type of inspection you are requesting. The KNED will contact you with an appointment time.
    Schools and other Educational Institutions: If you wish to schedule a study tour and/or are requesting educational supplies, please complete the Tribal Service Request form. The KNED will contact you at our earliest convenience.
    Please feel free to complete our Environmental Questionnaire. Your feedback can improve the quality of services offered by the KNED and could increase the likelihood of federal funding for specific projects. If you are an enrolled Tribal member, your participation is strongly encouraged.
